Things you’ll have for your use when staying in our cabin:
-bottle of wine and chocolates
-starter coffee pods with condiments
-dish rags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent
-linens, towels, blankets, and throw blankets
-starter set of mini toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap)
-hair dryer, iron, ironing table, clothes washer and dryer
-golf balls and putters for resort mini golf course
-resort outdoor pool and indoor pool
-pool table, air hockey table, and multi-cade arcade game
-gas grill with grilling tools
-kitchen equipped with toaster, coffee maker (both pods and carafe), crockpot, blender, mixer,
set of pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, utensils, and assorted cooking utensils
living room electric fireplace
At the base of the fireplace is a metal cover, pull the top of the cover back a few inches and look for the switch. The heat on this fireplace does not operate.
Hot Tub Operation
Fold open the cover, slide the cover between the hot tub and the wood rails. Please leave this cover on when not in the hot tub in order to keep the heat in, and the leaves and bugs out.
DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER AS IT WILL BREAK
Controls:
First control is Jets, 2 speeds, press once for low, press twice for high.
Add more air to the jets with the lever to the left of the controller board.
Second button is temperature, press once til flashing, then change the heat setting, 100-102 is most comfortable.
Third button is the light switch.
You can also turn the heads of the individual nozzles in order to control the pressure of the water coming out
bedroom Fireplace & TV
Bedroom Fireplace:
This fireplace can be operated from the controller or the buttons.
You can use heat, change the colors, speed, or put it on a timer.
Bedroom TV:
Cable TV – With your Samsung controller, select source, then select HDMI2 if you’d like to access cable TV.
At this point you now can use the Direct TV controller to select your channels

Streaming TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc.)
Select source or the home button on the Samsung Controller
Then select the streaming channel shown at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure after you sign in and watch your program that you sign out before you check out.
Living Room TV
Cable TV
Use the Vizio controller, select input, then select hdmi2, now use the direct tv controller to change the channels. Select guide to get the list of cable channels.
Streaming TV in the Living Room
Select your favorite streaming channel on the top of the Vizio Controller
Sign In, remember to sign in when checking out of the cabin.
Bose Sound on Living Room TV
Find the flat black small controller with the + and – sign on the front.
Press the power button on the top of the controller, make sure the small Bose box at the base of the tv has a green light indicating the system is on.
Press the + symbol multiple times in a clicking manner til the volume reaches the level you like.
gas grill
Open the lid of the grill, make sure the grates are clean, a brush is provided.
Turn the gas on from the tank under the grill by turning the knob counterclockwise until it stops.
Turn the first gas control knob on the far left counterclockwise a quarter turn to the first position with the picture of the lightning bolt.
Depress the starter button on the far left until you see the gas light.
Turn the next two knobs counterclockwise one at a time til each burner lights.
Once finished grilling, turn off all three burners and the knob on the tank below the grill.

Yes, all the amenities of the Bear Creek Crossing neighborhood is free for your use. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, and miniature golf.
Food, and your family. All linens are supplied along with cleaning supplies and trash bags. A starter set of coffee pods, coffee condiments, soap, shampoo, and conditioner minis.
